Remove the oil supply roll:
# Press out on tabs to unlock the oil supply roll.
$ Remove the oil supply roll out of the fuser.

BIf the paper is not jammed in the fuser unit, repeat steps 1 to 4 in "Jam at B in the media
tray" on
