Open the printer front door.

AFETY
BThe fuser is hot; to avoid personal injury, turn off the printer and wait 10 minutes (after
opening the front door) for the fuser unit to cool before touching it.

Check whether the media is jammed under the color imaging unit.
If the media jam is not found, go to next step.
If the media is jammed,
(a) Remove it by following the steps 1 to 4 in "Jam at B in the media tray" on
(b) To clear the error message "Jam at C", slide out the fuser unit (see steps 3 and 4 on
page
