3. Tilt the battery and remove the battery from the
battery holder.

4. Install the cap (C) to the battery cable.
To install the battery
1. Make sure that the battery guide tracks are clean.
2. Tilt the battery and put the battery into the hook of
the battery holder.
3. Push down the battery. The battery must move into
the battery holder easily. If not, it is not installed
correctly.

4. Push the battery fastener (A) up to lock the battery.

5. Remove the cap (B) from the battery cable.
6. Connect the battery cable (C).
To charge the battery
1. Remove the battery from the product. Refer to
remove the battery on page 14 .
2. Put the battery charger on a level surface.
3. Connect the battery charger to a mains outlet. The
power indicator (A) of the battery charger comes on.
