Overview

The imagePRESS C7011VPS, imagePRESS C6011VPS and imagePRESS
C601S (the imagePRESS C7011VPS Series) are full-scale digital press
devices designed to produce high-color image quality and high-productivity..
Based on feedback from our customers and dealers Canon U.S.A., Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as ("Canon USA")) has introduced the imagePRESS
C7011VPS Series as the successor to the imagePRESS C7010VPS Series.
These models bring the following capabilities to end-users:

The imagePRESS C7011VPS a successor to the imagePRESS
C7010VPS, a Segment 5 device that prints and copies Color and Black
& White (B&W) sheets at speeds of up to 70 ppm (pages-per-minute).
Intended for commercial printers, In-plant Central Reproduction
Department (CRD) facilities, and quick printers.
•
The imagePRESS C6011VPS a successor to the imagePRESS
C6010VPS, a Segment 4 device that prints and copies Color and B&W
sheets at speeds of up to 60 ppm (pages-per-minute). Intended for
commercial printers, In-plant Central Reproduction Department (CRD)
facilities, quick printers, and print for pay environments.

The imagePRESS C6011S a successor to the imagePRESS C6010S, a
Segment 4 device that prints and copies Color and B&W sheets at
speeds of up to 60 ppm (pages-per-minute). Intended for print for pay
environments:
•
Prints images at up to 1200 dpi (dots per inch) x 1200 dpi with 256
halftones resolution.
•
A maximum paper size of 13" x 19.2" is supported. Standard paper
sources include two paper trays with a capacity of up to 1,000-sheets
each.
•
Optional paper sources enable the imagePRESS C7011VPS Series to
hold up to 10,000-sheets when configured with up to two (2) optional
POD Decks that hold up to 4,000-sheets each.
•
The ARCnet (Attachable Resource Computer Network) communication
cable connects the main engine to ARCnet compatible accessories.
•
Canon's oil-free V Toner utilizes exceptionally small particles containing
micro-dispersed wax so toner fixes evenly and lays flat, resulting in
sharp, vivid, dense images and a smooth finish that looks and feels like
offset printing.
•
Built-in Automatic Press Calibration sets the proper color densities
without operator intervention, while Canon's Advanced Developer
technology maintains a constant supply of fresh developer to ensure
color consistency from side to side, page to page, and job to job.
