Setting up the security function

This projector is equipped with a security function. A password input screen
can be displayed, or a company URL can be set up and displayed at the
bottom of the projected image.
# Press the MENU button to
display the menu screen.
$ Select the "SECURITY" menu
from the main menu, and then
press the ENTER button.
(When you use the "SECURITY"
function for the first time)
Press the F, H, G, I, F, H, G
and I buttons in order, then press
the ENTER button.
(When a password change has
been made before)
Type in the changed password, then
press the ENTER button.
% Press the F or G button to
select an item.
& Press the I or H button to

change the setting.
For "PASSWORD CHANGE"
and "TEXT CHANGE", press
the ENTER button to display
the next screen.
INPUT PASSWORD
The password input screen can be
displayed when the power is turned
on. All of the controls other than the
POWER button are disabled unless
the password is entered correctly.
OFF
"INPUT PASSWORD" is disabled.
ON
"INPUT PASSWORD" is enabled.
PASSWORD CHANGE
Passwords can be changed. Press
the ENTER button to display the
"PASSWORD CHANGE" screen.
# Set a password by pressing the
F,G,I, and H buttons.
(A maximum of 8 buttons can be
set.)
$ Press the ENTER button.
% Enter the password again for
confirmation.
& Press the ENTER button.
