streaming
Technology that enables you to access
media content—for example, to watch
video or to listen to an audio program—
directly from the Internet on your
smartphone without needing to download

synchronisation
The process in which information that is
entered or updated on your smartphone,
your computer, or a server is automatically
updated in one of the other locations either

time out
The time of inactivity that passes before
the screen on your smartphone turns off.

UMTS (Universal Mobile

One of the third-generation (3G) mobile
phone technologies that is designed for
high-speed data transfer, with rates up to
384 Kbps, as well as voice and multimedia

username
The name associated with your
smartphone that distinguishes it from
other Windows Mobile
