his procedure shows you how to generate correction constants for the receiver to make
external detector or internal broadband measurements. Perform this test whether or not you
plan to use external detectors.

Note
If a voltage reference source is not available, connect the requested voltages
to the external detector connector as shown in Figure 2-8. Note that both a
positive and negative voltage are required simultaneously, and both must be
referenced to ground.
