WebSphere DataPower XC10 hardware - One year
The battery in WebSphere DataPower XC10 is designated as consumable and,
therefore, is not covered by this warranty.
Warranty service
With each appliance acquired, IBM includes one year of appliance support consisting
of 9 hours per day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, next business day
response. The initial period of maintenance can be upgraded by the purchase of
warranty service upgrade or extended by the purchase of a renewal option, if
available.
If required, IBM provides repair or exchange service depending on the type of
warranty service specified for the machine. IBM will attempt to resolve your problem
over the telephone, or electronically by access to an IBM Web site. You must follow
