Place the palm-rest and keyboard assembly on a clean and flat surface.
Next steps
1. Install the touchpad.
2. Install the system board.
NOTE: The system board can be removed with the heat sink attached to avoid breaking the thermal bond between the
heat sink and the system board.
3. Install the display assembly.
4. Install the power button
5. Install the fan.
6. Install the speakers.
7. Install the I/O board.
8. Install the M.2 2230 solid-state drive
9. Install the wireless card.
10. Install the coin-cell battery.
11. Install the battery.
12. Install the base cover.
13. Follow the procedure in
74 Removing and installing Field Replaceable Units (FRUs)
or the power button with fingerprint
or the M.2 2280 solid-state
