Steps
1. Disconnect the fan cable from the connector on the system board.
2. Disconnect the speaker cable from the connector on the system board.
3. Lift the latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the system board.
4. Lift the latch and disconnect the keyboard cable from the system board.
5. Lift the latch and disconnect the keyboard-backlight cable from the system board.
6. Lift the USB Type-C bracket off the system board.
7. Remove the two screws (M2x4) that secure the USB Type-C bracket to the system board.
8. Lift up the mylar that covers the I/O-board connector on the system board.
9. Peel the tape that secures the I/O-board connector latch to the system board.
10. Lift the latch and disconnect the I/O-board cable from the system board.
11. Remove the two screws (M2x1.8) that secure the system board to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
12. Lift the system board off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
