Loosen and remove screw (HH) and washer (II) from outer pole (H).

Raise inner pole (E) to desired height. While holding outer pole (H),
twist adjustment knob (G) counter-clockwise to secure.

From above base (F), install outer pole (H). From below base (F),
secure with washer (II) and screw (HH).

Remove motor tightening screw (JJ). Remove motor mount screw
(DD), motor mount nut (FF) and motor adjustment knob (EE) in order
to install motor housing onto inner pole (E).
