Addendum to NTP 241-9501-302, Open Management System for
Vector (OMS-V) Guide
1. Chapter 6, p. 122, Figure 26, Tachometer
In Figure 26, the view remote command displays a qaa0 IP address interface
type. In this figure for example, the qaa0 IP address is 5.1.1.1. To establish a
connection, you need to use a qaa0 IP address interface type for the view
remote command. If you use an ie0, qaa1, qaa2, or qaa3 IP address interface
type, the view remote command will not establish a connection.
2. Chapter 8, p.143, Figure 37, Port Control/Monitor
When you select only one port, the Port Status window of the Port Control/
Monitor window always displays a qaa0 IP address interface type even when
OMS-V uses another IP address type, for example, ie0, qaa1, qaa2, qaa3.
Note: In Figure 37, the Port Status window appears blank because more than
one port was selected.
