You can now copy the files from the UNIX workstation to the Versalar 15000.
Go to "Installing Router Files on the Versalar 15000" on -6.

Copying Router Files to a PC

To copy router files from the CD to a PC running Windows

Using the UNIX
cp
support files from the CD to the directory that you created in step 1.
For example, copy the file config to the directory v15k_files by entering:
cp config /v15k_files
If you are using an HP-UX platform and the file names appear in capital
letters with file extensions (for example, CONFIG;1), either:
Mount the CD again as described in "Mounting a CD (UNIX Only)" on
-3.
or:
Enter the
command for each file as follows:
cp
cp CONFIG\;1 /v15k_files/config
You must use the backslash (\) to prevent the shell from interpreting the
semicolon (;) as a command separator.

Insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive.
Choose Start > Programs > Windows Explorer.
The Windows Explorer window opens.
In the Windows Explorer window, click on the CD-ROM drive icon (for
example, drive D).
You see a list of the files on the CD (see
Copy the files to a destination folder on your PC.
For example:
Hold down the Shift key and click on each file that you want to copy.

Choose Edit > Copy.
