27.1 Chain Saw Class

This battery powered chain saw is classified according
CSA Z62.1 as a class 2B saw.
27.2 Definition of the Chain Saw Classes according
to CSA Z62.1
– Class 1A: A fuel powered professional chain saw,
intended for use by trained workers, where the operator is
expected to use the chain saw for extended periods of
time on a daily basis
– Class 1B: A fuel powered professional chain saw for tree
service, limited to a dry weight of 4.3 kg (9.5 lb), intended
for use by trained workers, where the operator is expected
to use the chain saw for extended periods of time on a
daily basis
