Is the driver installed correctly?

If the connection to the computer is not made in the described sequence, the driver may not be installed
correctly. Utility does not function normally when the driver is misconfigured. Check again to ensure that
the connection was made using the correct procedure.

Are two or more machines connected to a single computer?

The utility cannot control more than one machine at the same time. Never connect two or more instances
of this machine to a single computer.

Is the temperature of the room too low?

This machine does not complete startup until the heater reaches the specified temperature, and does not
accept any operation. When the ambient temperature is low, the heater is slow to warm up. Use the ma-
chine in an environment where the temperature is 20 to 32 °C (68 to 90 °F).
Did you forcibly remove any detachable external storage devices connected by
USB?
When you remove the USB removable device (USB flash drive, USB hard disk, etc.), you must run [Safely
Remove Hardware and Eject Media] or [Eject] before detaching it. If you remove the USB device while
the BN-20D is printing without having first performed one of these operations, the printing may be abort-
ed.
