Using the curd/dough proof features

The 5 Curd/Dough Proof features include/provide pre-programmed cooking times.
You do not need to set either the cooking times or the power level.
You can adjust the Curd/Dough Proof category by turning the Multi Function
Selector Dial after press the Curd/Dough Proof button.
First, place the food in the centre of the turntable and close the door.

Press the Curd/Dough Proof button.

Select the Dough Proof or Curd and
press the Multi Function Selector Dial.
- 1 : Curd
- 2 : Dough Proof

Select the type of food that you are
cooking by turning the Multi Function
Selector Dial. You have to choose
the number that you want to use for
cooking by turning the Multi Function
Selector Dial. Refer to the table on the

following page for a description of
the various pre-programmed settings.
At that time, press the Multi Function
Selector Dial to select the type of food.

Press the START/+30s button.
IMPORTANT
Turntable is not operating during Curd
cooking.

The following table presents how to use the auto programmes for rising yeast
dough or homemade curd.

Instructions
Beat 500 ml of lukewarm milk with help of beater to create froth
in the milk then add 70 g starter and mix it well in circular motion.
Pour evenly into large glass bowl. Put in a circle on turntable.
After finish, keep for 45 min outside at room temperature then
refrigerate it till it settles.

(made up of clay) i.e. 4 Kullar
Instructions
Beat 500 ml of lukewarm milk with help of beater to create froth
in the milk. Add starter and mix it well in circular motion. Pour the
milk into Kullar in equal quantity and Put in a circle on turntable.
After finish, keep for 45 min outside at room temperature then
refrigerate it till it settles.
