Intended use
The device is designed for use in industrial environments for operating and monitoring plant processes.
The product may only be handled by personnel qualified for the respective task and in compliance with the documentation
pertaining to the respective task, in particular its safety information and warning notices. Qualified personnel, based on their
training and experience, are capable of identifying risks and avoiding possible hazards when working with these products.

SIMATIC products are intended for the automation of mechanical systems, control technology and process engineering.
Refer to the associated operating instructions to learn about the intended area of application of the respective product (e.g.
ambient conditions, possible use in safety-critical systems).
If products and components from other manufacturers are used, these must be recommended or approved by Siemens.
Proper transport, storage, setup, assembly/disassembly, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance are
required to ensure that the products operate safely and without any problems.
Failure to do so may result in death or serious physical injury.

The power supply may only be connected by qualified and authorized personnel. Pay particular attention to the information
on the nameplate of the device.
Note
The connection of the power supply must be carried out by the operator/user in accordance with the national installation
regulations.
