Thoroughly clean the grid by spraying with water, preferably hot, or Master Clean liquid. Take advantage of the current condition of the

machine to clean the interior area.
To reassemble the MT Pocket, position the blade as shown in the

following image and secure it by tightening the bolts previously
removed using the Allen key Nº 3.
Levelling the blade
Cutting effectiveness may be lost over time due to misalignment of the blade. Below, we describe how to solve this
problem, adjusting the distance between the blade and the grid to make them completely level. To carry out this
operation, the machine must be clean. You must also use protective gloves during the levelling process.
First, press the ON/OFF switch on the machine to switch it off. Then disconnect it from the electrical current by unplugging it.

IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and disconnected before manipulating it.
Replace the grid on the upper part and secure it with the three

latches.
