Maintenance

IMPORTANT: Maintenance work must always be done with the machine stopped and with the electrical connector
disconnected. Always wear protective gloves for maintenance operations.
To obtain a nominal amount of product and make efficient use of the machine, it must be cleaned regularly. The intensity
and frequency of the washes will depend on the conditions of the raw material input. Master Products recommends
washing the rack and blades at least once every 4 hours of operation. For optimal cleaning, use hot water and Master
Clean liquid. We recommend washing and sanitizing the other parts of the machine at the end of each working day
(8-12 hours).
NOTE:
Sharpen the blades when cutting efficiency decreases.
