Creating and Saving Custom Sizes for Windows
1. In the print driver, click the P P r r i i n n t t i i n n g g O O p p t t i i o o n n s s tab.
2. For Paper, click the arrow, then select O O t t h h e e r r S S i i z z e e > > A A d d v v a a n n c c e e d d P P a a p p e e r r S S i i z z e e > > O O u u t t p p u u t t P P a a p p e e r r S S i i z z e e > > N N e e w w .
3. In the New Custom Paper Size window, enter the height and width of the new paper size.
4. To specify the units of measurement, at the bottom of the window, click the M M e e a a s s u u r r e e m m e e n n t t s s button, then
select I I n n c c h h e e s s or M M i i l l l l i i m m e e t t e e r r s s .
5. To save, in the Name field, type a title for the new size, then click O O K K .

1. In the application, click F F i i l l e e > > P P r r i i n n t t .
2. Click P P a a p p e e r r S S i i z z e e , then select M M a a n n a a g g e e C C u u s s t t o o m m S S i i z z e e s s .
3. To add a new size, in the Manage Paper Sizes window, click the P P l l u u s s i i c c o o n n (+ + ).
4. Double-click U U n n t t i i t t l l e e d d , then type a name for the new custom paper size.
5. Enter the height and width of the new custom paper size.
6. Click the arrow for the Non-Printable Area field, then select the printer from the list. Or, for User Defined
margins, set the top, bottom, right, and left margins.
7. To save the settings, click O O K K .
Defining a Custom Paper Size at the Control Panel
You can print custom-size paper from any paper tray. Custom-size paper settings are saved in the print driver and
are available for you to select in all your applications.
1. At the printer control panel, press the H H o o m m e e button.
2. Touch D D e e v v i i c c e e > > P P a a p p e e r r T T r r a a y y s s .
3. Touch the desired tray for your custom-size paper.
4. Touch the current paper size setting, then from the list, touch C C u u s s t t o o m m .
5. In the Custom Paper Size screen, enter the height and width of the new paper size.
6. To save the setting, touch O O K K .
7. To return to the Home screen, press the H H o o m m e e button.
