Fallback power limit via ELMS

Carry out the following steps to test the fallback power limiting via the ELMS:
1. Complete steps 1–7 from section 3.3 and check that the power limiting is working as
expected.
2. Set a power limit setpoint (G_FallbackPLim) from the ELMS via the communication interface
that is lower than the power limit setpoint (G_PowerLimit).
3. Unplug the ethernet cablebetween SICHARGE and the ELMS.
4. Wait for some time and observe whether SICHARGE is limiting the consumed active power to
at least less than, or equal to, the power limit fallback setpoint (G_ FallbackPLim).
