The device has a full 4-inch color touchscreen and speaker and microphone for hands free calls and operation. Smart phones, laptops and SIP phones can be connected to the Iridium GO! exec via the provided Wi-Fi hotspot or via a dedicated Ethernet port. Two voice calls and multiple data users can be concurrently using the device and sharing the speed of 22 Kbps uplink / 88 Kbps downlink connection.

12. Settings Option Status Bar Overview The Iridium GO! exec shows a status bar across the top of the display regardless of what else is being displayed. This shows the user the status of the Iridium GO! exec instantly from any screen.

Supports 2 Voice Lines The Iridium Certus ® 100 service supports 2 voice lines on one SIM card. User can opt in to have one line or both lines provisioned on their SIM card. Device is aware of how many lines have been provisioned and reacts accordingly.
Quick Dial Menu User can use the app to set up a ‘Quick Dial’ call list (from app) for up to 10 numbers for one touch dialing and conversations To make an outbound call from the device using the quick dial menu, navigate to the home screen, select the phone icon then select the Quick Dial icon .
Voicemail Call Screen Receiving Voice Calls – Accepting or Rejecting When an incoming Voice call is received, the device will automatically navigate to the incoming call screen and play the ringtone for the user. The user can answer the call by pressing the green answer button or decline the call by pressing the red decline button.
SOS can be generated in 2 ways, from the device physical SOS button or from the device UI. User can also access SOS from a phone connected to the Iridium GO! exec app (for more information, refer to section SOS).
NOTE: When triggering an SOS event via the physical SOS button, the Device can be on or off. If the Iridium GO! exec is off, it will first power up and then continue to start the SOS event. When the countdown time expires, the SOS will enter the active phase and begin dialing the designated ESP.
SOS event can be cancelled from either the Iridium GO! exec UI or the physical SOS button. From Device UI To cancel the SOS event, the Iridium GO! exec user must explicitly cancel the SOS via the Cancel button on the SOS active screen.
Connection Manager Once the Iridium GO! exec indicates it is registered on the Iridium network, it supports up to 88 Kbps data speeds for downlink and 22 Kbps for uplink. To start an internet connection, select the Internet icon from the home screen.

You can select a duration for your internet connection to control the usage and costs. The Iridium GO! exec will close the internet connection when this duration expires. This can be useful if you are busy with other tasks and forget to close the session manually. You can also extend a session choosing a new duration while a session is active.

Device. Reset and Factory Reset The Iridium GO! exec has a physical reset button located inside the SIM cover. You will need a small paper clip or pin to press the button through the small hole. Pressing the button for >1 second and release while the unit is powered on will force the unit to reboot.
Power Bank Mode The Iridium GO! exec can charge a Smart Device via the Data USB-C port. Charging is limited to a maximum rate of 5v @1A. The Iridium GO! exec will protect itself from excessive battery drain during external Smart Device charging and will stop charging when the internal battery reaches 22%.

Connecting to the Iridium GO! exec Wi-Fi. Before you can use the features of the Iridium GO! exec App, you will need to be connected to the Iridium GO! exec Wi-Fi. If you have previously connected, your smart device will try to reconnect to your Iridium GO! exec.

Numbers that are regularly called can be stored in the Quick Dial list for fast retrieval. The Iridium GO! exec App User needs to configure the Quick Dial list via Settings/Device Settings/Admin Settings/Call/Quick Dial.
Accepting the call on the app will answer the call and stop it ringing on all other applications and the Iridium GO! exec. Declining a call will stop this application from ringing but will not stop the call ringing on the Iridium GO! exec device or other applications.
Accepting Calls Internet To manage the internet access on the Iridium GO! exec, the App User should select the globe icon from the bottom navigation tabs. As satellite data is more expensive than cellular data, it is important to only allow the data you want to go over the satellite network.
