Open the printer cover by
holding the printer cover
release (

Open the fuser cover by
holding the fuser cover
release (

Open the 2-Bin tray cover
or the shift tray cover.
Remove the jammed paper.
Close the 2-Bin tray cover
or the shift tray cover.
Close the fuser cover and
the printer cover.
