2.2.2.2. "E3-00" – Discharge pressure abnormality (units with no pressure sensor)
Trigger
High pressure switch opens due to meas-
ure pressure > 41.7 bar.
High pressure control (measure pressure
> 38 bar) occurs 16 times within 300 min-
utes.
Possible cause
Faulty high pressure switch.
Faulty outdoor unit main PCB.
Faulty capacity adapter on outdoor PCB.
Refrigerant overcharge.
Humidity in refrigerant (ice formation in
expansion valve).
Non condensables in refrigerant.
Refrigerant is contaminated.
Stop valve is closed.
Faulty outdoor fan motor.

Check for humidity in the refrigerant.

2.2. Error based troubleshooting
Reset
Manual reset via user interface.
Corrective action
Replace high pressure switch.
Adjust the power to the outdoor main
PCB.
Replace outdoor main PCB when HAP
LED is not blinking in regular intervals.
Adjust capacity adapter when required.
Charge the correct refrigerant amount
when required.
In case of suspicion of humidity, recover,
vacuum and recharge with virgin refriger-
ant.
In case of suspicion of non condensables,
recover, vacuum and recharge with virgin
refrigerant.
In case of suspicion of non condensables.
Recover, vacuum and recharge refriger-
ant.
Open stop valve when required.
Replace fan motor when required.
Adjust wiring when required.
Reset
Automatic reset if the unit runs for 60 sec-
onds without error.
Corrective action
Replace discharge pipe thermistor when
required.
Replace fan motor when required.
