Description
Indicates the operating status.
On: In operation
Flashing (400ms cycles): Selected as a module for the online module change
Off: 5V power supply interrupted, watchdog timer error occurred, or module replacement allowed in the
process of the online module change
Indicates the error status of each I/O terminal in combination with the I/O status indicator LED. (

On: Error occurred
Off: Normal operation
Indicates the alarm status of each I/O terminal in combination with the I/O status indicator LED. Or indicates
the wait-for-restart state after the safety module is disabled. ( MELSEC iQ-R I/O Module (With

On: Alarm occurred
Flashing (400ms cycles): Wait-for-restart
Off: Normal operation
Always off in normal mode. Used in SIL2 mode. ( MELSEC iQ-R I/O Module (With Diagnostic Functions)

Indicates the I/O status of each I/O terminal, error status, or alarm status according to the setting of "LED
display setting when error occurred".
• When "Hide abnormal occurrence points" is set
On: I/O signals on
Off: I/O signals off
• When "Always display abnormal occurrence points" or "Switching display of input status and alarm (1
second intervals)" is set
The I/O where an error has occurred can be specified. For details on the LED indication, refer to the
following.

Light gray: Input
Dark orange: Output
Indicates the rated voltage, and input current or output current.
