Splitting a Track

You can split tracks to divide longer tracks into segments. You can use this information to compare the time,
speed, and distance traveled for each split.
While recording a track, select Split.

Reviewing Tracks

You can review tracks that you have previously recorded.
1 From the main menu, select

The track appears on the map with the recorded statistics about the track.

Editing Tracks

You can edit tracks that you have previously recorded.
1 From the main menu, select
2 Select a track, and select
The track appears on the map.
3 Select an option:
• To add points to a track or extend the track, select Add, and follow the on-screen instructions.
• To delete a point from the track, select Delete, and select a point on the track.
• To move a point on the track, select Move, and follow the on-screen instructions.
• To reverse the track, select Reverse.
• To join the current track with another track, select Join, and select a track.

Navigating a Track

You can navigate a saved track using the Race Files app on your device.
1 Select > Race > Race Files.
2 Select a track.
3 Select Go!.
Viewing Your Garmin Explore
You can view your Garmin Explore and race file collections directly on the map. You must enable the collections
map layer to use this feature.
NOTE: If you do not assign a collection category to your Garmin Explore data, it appears as an unorganized
collection.
1 Select > Tools >
2 Select one or more collection categories from the list.
3 Select Save.
Your collections appear as icons on the map.

Viewing the Altimeter, Barometer, and Compass

The device contains internal altimeter, barometer, and compass sensors with automatic calibration.
Select > Apps > ABC.
TIP: You can also select the Altimeter or Barometer widget to open the ABC app.
