WHAT WE WILL DO:
If this product is found to be defective, JV C will repair or re place defective parts at no charge to the original owner. S uch
re pa ir a nd re pla ce m ent services shall be rendered by JV C during norm a l business hours at JV C authorized service
ce nte rs. Pa rts use d for replacem ent are warranted only for the rem ainder of the W arranty Period. All products and parts
there of m ay be brought to a JV C authorized service center on a carry-in basis except for Television sets having a screen
size 2 5 inche s a nd a bove which are covered on an in-hom e basis.
WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR WARRANTY SERVICE:
R e turn your product to a JV C authorized service center with a copy of your bill of sale. F or your nearest JV C authorize d
se rvice ce nte r, ple a se call toll free: (800) 537 -5722.
If service is not ava ila ble locally, box the product carefully, preferably in the original carton, and ship, insured, with a copy
of your bill of sa le plus a letter of explanation of the problem to the nearest JV C Factory S ervice C enter, the na m e and
location of which will be given to you by the toll-free num be r.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
T his lim ite d wa rra nty provided by JV C does not cover:
1. P roducts which ha ve been subject to abuse, accident, alteration, m odification, tam pering, negligence, m isuse, faulty
insta lla tion, la ck of reasonable care, or if repaired or serviced by anyone other than a service facility authorized by
JV C to re nde r such service, or if affixed to any attachm ent not provided with the products, or if the m odel or seria l
num be r ha s be e n a lte red, tam pered with, defaced or rem oved;
2. Initia l insta lla tion a nd installation and rem oval for repair;
3. O pe ra tiona l a djustm ents covered in the O wner's M anual, norm al m aintenance, video and audio head cleaning;
4. D a m a ge tha t occurs in shipm ent, due to a ct of G od, and cosm etic dam age;
5. S igna l re ce ption problem s and failures due to line power surge;
6. V ideo P ick-up Tubes/C C D Image S ensor, C artridge, S tylus (N eedle) are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase;
7. Acce ssorie s;
8. Ba tte rie s (e xce pt that R echargeable Batteries are covered for 90 days from the da te of purcha se);
