Solutions
- Verify if all attached adapters are set at
a common Network Password.
- Unplug the adapter attached to the
unreachable device and plug it back.
- Test if a house's electrical wiring
configuration results in the problem by
plugging all adapters in the same room.
- Use standard Ping command prompt to
verify if the adapters are detected by
TCP/IP.
- Make sure your TCP/IP settings are set
to automatically obtaining IP address
and gateway address.
- Turn off all Ethernet devices and unplug
attached EC14H adapters. Now plug
back your adapters before re-booting
