recognize the printer

initializing itself or running
a self-test.
What to do
Make sure that the printer's power is
on. If you are using the USB interface
and your printer does not appear in
the Printers folder, try disconnecting
and then reconnecting the USB cable.
If this does not resolve the problem,
try reinstalling the printer driver.
