The page length and
margins are set incorrectly
in your application
software.

Make sure that both ends of the
interface cable are plugged in
securely.
Make sure that you use a
double-shielded, twisted-pair
interface cable no longer than six feet
in length, or USB Revision 1.1
compliant.

settings in your software program.
