4 Installation and Commissioning
This section provides information about the installation and commissioning with
regard
to
the following:
- Required documents
- Personnel requirements
- Tools,
devices and expendable materials to be used

- Recording/Documentation.
4.1 Safety instructions for installation

• This work may only be done
by
appropriately qualified and instructed
personnel. .
• Units should not remain open for any longer than is absolutely necessary,
which must be performed with the utmost care. Avoid coming into contact
with live components.

• Do not stand under lifted loads.
• Do no! exceed the carrying capacity of transport equipment and lifting gear.

4.2 Mechanical Installation
The following documents need to be provided for installation:
- These operating Instructions
- Installation and commissioning
report.
A responsible person (or supervisor) must be assigned to oversee the Installation
and commissioning work, who instructs personnel during installation and
commissioning ta.sks and checks for compliance with the applicable safety
measures. Furthermore this person Is responsible for organization, monitoring and
signing off the work.
The installatIon and commissioning work must be performed by authorized
personnel with Bufflcient qualifications and experience.
