9 USING THE STOVE

9.1 FIRING

To fire up the stove, press the
;
seconds.
The flame icon will start flashing during the activation
and
phase, then it will be lit up constantly, indicating that the
stove has been fired up.
Automatic firing: the stove is equipped with an automatic
device that allows for ignition of pellet without the need
to use traditional lighter blocks or fluids.
Do not fire up the stove manually if the automatic
ignition device is damaged.
Upon first firing of the stove, unpleasant odours may be
emitted, as a result of evaporation or drying of certain
structural materials. These odours will disappear over
time.
It is recommended to ventilate rooms well during first
firings.
Do not leave the furnace door open in order to avoid a
situation in which the closing sensor detects the open
door and activates an acoustic alarm.

9.2 MODIFICATION OF PARAMETERS

It is possible to change the stove's operating parameters,
as described in section 7.3.
Settings remain unchanged until they are changed, even
after extinguishing or disconnection of the stove from the
power supply.

9.3 EXTINGUISHING

To extinguish the stove, press the
and
seconds; the flame icon will go dark.
To reignite the stove, it is recommended to wait until it
cools completely.
It is recommended to extinguish the stove according to
the above guidelines, and it must never be shut down by
disconnecting electrical power supply.

9.4 WORK WITH ROOM THERMOSTAT

If the stove is controlled by means of an external
thermostat (or chronothermostat), the fitter must
program configuration 2. In this configuration, the stove
will shut down when the external thermostat trips (open
circuit).
The stove will automatically reignite when the temperature
and
falls below the value set on the external thermostat
(closed circuit).
At first firing or after extinguishing of the stove by means
of the control panel (
using the control keyboard.
The stove will also shut down if the temperature continues
and
to rise despite modulation. In this case, the stove will only
start when the di erence between the selected and actual
temperature value will be greater than 20°C.
9.5 WORK WITH AMBIENT TEMPERATURE
SENSOR INSTALLED ON THE STOVE
The stove can be fired/extinguished manually or in the
way that is programmed.
The stove modulates its power depending on the ambient
temperature read by the sensor found on the stove (the
stove maintains the set temperature at minimal fuel
consumption).
If the "Eco mode" function is active, instead of
modulating its power, the stove will shut down after
reaching the set temperature and then reignite after
the room temperature drops below the set delta
(see section 10.3).
