Milk Rapid Rinse:
1. While still in machine setting, the maintenance selection is where the machine will prompt/ for
cleaning actions.

Milk rapid rinse selections has a default setting of 5 minutes. This can be adjusted to a longer
interval of time based on the location's needs. During a milk rapid rinse, the milk tubes must be
removed from the milk container to prevent the machine from siphoning milk into the
wastewater bin.

To convert temperatures in degrees Fahrenheit to Celsius: subtract 32 and multiply by .5556 [or 5/9]. Example...
(50 °F – 32) x .5556 = 10°C.
