After creating a VSI, you can enter VSI view by executing the interface s-channel command.

Configurations such as traffic monitoring on a VSI take effect only after the VSI is activated. When a VSI
is not activated, do not make any configurations other than filters on the VSI. For more information about
traffic monitoring, see ACL and QoS Configuration Guide.
Activate a VSI after configuring a VSI filter, and deactivate a VSI before removing a VSI filter.
