    The batteries need to be replaced if they do not recover their full storage capacity after recharging When replacing the batteries always use good quality NiMH AAA rechargeable batteries.     To lock the keys, while the phone is Standby mode just keep the STAR KEY depressed until “HS LoCKED” appears on the LCD Screen.
