Cover and Seat Troubleshooting
Symptoms
1. Cover does not open
automatically.
2. Cover sways when it reaches
the full open position.
3. Cover raises when it should not.
4. Seat is unable to open
automatically.
5. Seat raises when it should not.
6. Seat is not warm.
Smart cleansing troubleshooting
Symptoms
1. Cleansing wand fails to fully
retract.
2. The bowl light, located in the tip
of the cleansing wand, does not
work.

Possible causes
A. Auto OPEN and CLOSE functio is not
enabled.
B. Motion sensor is not set with the
correct sensitivity level.
C. Customer does not enter or leave
sensing
D. Toilet is flushing.
A. Some cover sway is normal.
A. Sensor sensitivity is set too high.
B. There is an object in the hinge area
of the cover.
A.Side sensor lens is blocked or dirty.
A. Side sensor is blocked within blue zone. A. Remove blocked object.
A. Seat temp is set too low.
B. Toilet is on standby mode.
Possible causes
A. The cleansing wand spray tip is not
installed correctly.
A. Ambient light is too bright.

function.
