Trouble shooting (cont.)
Symptoms
1. Toilet fails to flush.
2. Toilet is not clean after flushing.
3. There is no water flow to the toilet. A. Water supply is not turned on.
4. The toilet flushes unexpectedly.
5. The water level in the bowl is
too high.
6. There is no water in the bowl or
the water slowly dissipates.
7. Emergency flush is not function
properly.
8. Auto flush does not work.

Possible causes
A. Toilet is blocked.
B. Remote control is not linked to the toilet.
C. No water supply or angle valve is closed. A. Wait until the water supply is restored.
D. Power failure and backup batteries are
exhausted.
A. Filter screen is blocked.
B. Water supply pressure is insufficient.
A. Automatic flush is enabled.
A. The toilet has a blockage.
A. The water has evaporated when there
is extended period of time between uses. A. Flush the toilet to refill the bowl.
A. Insufficient Backup batteries
B. Press flush button duration is too short. A. Press flush button over 2 seconds.
A. Automatic flush is not enabled.
B. User is a small child.

Recommended actions
A.
Use a plunger to remove the blockage. For
extreme blockage, a plumbing drain snake
tube may be used.
B. Call the Customer Care Center using the
information provided on the back page of
this manual.
A. Reconnect the toilet using the remote control,
then following the remote pairing in function
directions.

auto flush the toilet 10s after use. To
terminate auto flush function through

A. The smart flush feature requires a sensor
under the seat to be enabled. Children less
