The KS adapter has been designed for mounting servomotors with smooth shafts (without
feather key).

Only the classic flange may be used in this version. The recessed version cannot be mounted on
the KS adapter.

The IP65 version of SIMOTICS S‑1FK2 is mechanically not compatible with the KS adapter.
However, the degree of protection IP65 is nevertheless complied with by attaching the motor to
