After the flushing process

NOTICE!
• During a flushing process for the residual oil, the components such as the
solenoid valve and the nozzle for the expansion valve can be restored. The
filter dryer must be replaced.
• In case of a flushing process with a mechanical damage, the components
solenoid valve, expansion valve, capillary pipe, reciever dryer and com-
pressor must be replaced.
➤ Replace the reciever dryer.
➤ Install the solenoid valve.
➤ Install the nozzle of the expansion valve.
➤ Check the compressor for the correct amount of lubricant.
➤ Fill up the missing amount of refrigerant oil on the compressor.
Quantity: 100 ml
Oil type: Zerol Ester 68SL
➤ Install the compressor.
In case of mechanical damage to the compressor
➤ Replace the reciever dryer.
➤ Replace the solenoid valve.
➤ Replace the expansion valve with nozzle.
➤ Replace the capallary pipe.
➤ Replace the compressor.
