10.5 Signal Interruption

If TV signal interrupts during recording, an icon
corner of the screen and a message box "No or bad signal" will pop up as shown in Fig10-6.
Once the signal restores, it will continue the recording.
Note:
It is suggested to record program under the condition that TV signal is good and the disk
has enough free space.

10.6 Timer Recording

This unit supports timer recording function.
Key features of the timer recording:
Supports timer recording through EPG or "Wakeup Timer" menu
Timer recording events up to 8 programs are possible
Support Timer mode: Off, Once, Daily, Weekly and Yearly
Warning message when there is an interrupt during timer recording
Under standby mode, it also can start recording automatically based on EPG timer setting
and automatically switch-off after recording.
How to setup the timer recording:
1)
In digital TV mode, press MENU key and via "Digital TV -> Configuration -> Wakeup Timer"
to enter into Wakeup Timer menu.

Or press EPG key to enter into "Daily Mode" menu. Press blue key, which is indicated on
screen, to enter into "Wakeup Timer" menu. Please note only the future programs can be
setup for timer recording.
3)
Set Wakeup Time Event Number: Move the cursor upward and downward to "Timer NO"
option. Press RIGHT key to move the cursor onto the right list. Press UP/DOWN keys to
choose event number. Press OK key to confirm.
4)
Set timer mode: Move the cursor to "Timer Mode" option. Press LEFT/RIGHT key to move
toggle through the options. Time mode options include Off, Once, Daily, Weekly, Yearly. If
"Time Mode" is set to "Off", the corresponding event is turn off.
