Repeat playback
You can repeat playback of the current selection or all
discs inserted. You can also repeat playback of a
desired part.
To repeat the current selection or all disc
contents [REPEAT]

In any condition except Video CD playback with PBC

Press PLAY MODE - CANCEL.
The play mode menu appears on the TV screen.
Use CURSOR 2/3 to move

then press ENTER.
Each time you press ENTER, the repeat mode
changes as follows:
• During DVD VIDEO playback
DVD CONTROL
REPEAT A-B REPEAT TIME SEARCH CHAP. SEARCH
REPEAT ALL
The selected repeat mode appears
on the TV screen.
REPEAT ALL (all disc repeat)
* REPEAT TITLE (current title repeat)
* REPEAT CHAPTER (current chapter repeat)
No indication (off)
* While stopped, you cannot select REPEAT TITLE or
REPEAT CHAPTER.

• If you press STOP in REPEAT ALL mode, the unit stops
playback but remains in the mode.
• If you press STOP in REPEAT1, TITLE REPEAT or CHAPTER
REPEAT mode, the unit stops playback and quits the mode.
• To quit repeat playback
With
pointed at [REPEAT], press ENTER
repeatedly until the mode is set to off.
NOTES
• Some DVD VIDEO discs do not allow the title repeat or/
and chapter repeat.
• Some DVD VIDEO discs automatically stops playback in
the middle of the disc.
• During the REPEAT ALL playback, if such a DVD disc stops
playback in the middle, the next disc automatically starts
playback.
• During the REPEAT ALL playback, if the next disc is a
Video CD disc with PBC, the unit plays the disc without
activating the PBC function.
• Repeat playback function cannot be used during Video
CD playback with PBC function.
• To turn off the play mode menu display
