Setting the Domain Name

If you are using Ethernet, and DHCP is set to None, you will need to set the domain name to
use. Domain names are the human-readable addresses used on the Internet (e.g.,
www.microsoft.com). The Domain Name Service (DNS) translates these names into IP
addresses which TCP/IP programs use directly.
Display
Ingenico 6780 User's Guide
Tap Sys Parameters.
Tap Setup Port.
Tap Port3, Ethernet.
Tap ▼ until you reach Secondary DNS, then tap
Secondary DNS.
Enter the address of the secondary DNS.
Action
Restart the terminal by pressing [1] + [Cancel] +
[Enter] simultaneously; while the terminal is
starting up, press [1] + [3] simultaneously to
access the Extended Menu.
