11.8 POSIZIONAMENTO DELLA TORRE FARO - LIGHTING TOWER POSITIONING

Si raccomanda di posizionare la struttura in
un luogo stabile, verificando la consistenza
del terreno per permettere un sicuro
appoggio agli stabilizzatori.
Scegliere un luogo aperto e ben ventilato
facendo in modo che lo scarico dei gas
avvenga lontano dalla zona di lavoro.
Verificare che vi sia il ricambio completo
dell'aria e che l'aria calda espulsa non ricircoli
all'interno del gruppo in modo da provocare un
innalzamento pericoloso della temperatura.
Predisporre una transenna posta a 2 metri di
distanza attorno alla torre faro per impedire al
personale non autorizzato di avvicinarsi alla
macchina.
STABILIZZATORI – STABILIZERS
11.8.1
Estrarre gli stabilizzatori, sganciando i perni
dalle loro sedi e procedere manualmente
all'estrazione, affinché i perni blocchino la
fuoriuscita del tubolare.
Controllare che i perni entrino nelle rispettive
sedi di bloccaggio dei tubolari.
Fare riferimento alle livelle ad aria per la
corretta stabilità della struttura.
Attenzione!!! Non alzare la torre faro se tutti
gli stabilizzatori non sono correttamente
estratti.
PROIETTORI – FLOODLIGHTS
11.8.2
Inclinare manualmente i proiettori allentando la
leva posizionata sul supporto proiettore.
It is recommended
consistence of the field where the unit is
going to be sited. The field shall allow
sure support to the stabilizers.
Choose an open and ventilated location, take
care that the exhaust discharges far from the
work-zone.
Ensure a complete air circulation and that the
air expelled don't affect the unit intake air; in
such a way it should be avoided that re-
circulating warm air can cause a increasing of
unit working temperature.
A barrier shall be placed 2 meters around the
light tower to prevent unauthorized personnel
to approach the machine.
Extract the stabilizers, unhooking the pins
from their hole and then proceed manually to
the extraction, in this way the hinges will
block the exit of the tubular.
Check that the hinges enter in the respective
blocking hole of the different tubular
Make reference to the spirit level for the
correct stability of the structure.
Warning!!! Do not raise the tower if all
stabilizers are not correctly extracted.
Tilt manually the floodlights unscrewing the
lever placed on the support of the floodlight.
