Line is welded to itself.
Not enough line on spool.
Line is worn too short.
Line is tangled on spool.
Cutting tall grass at ground
level.
Battery is not secure.
Battery is not charged.
Shaft not connected

Lubricate with silicone spray.
Replace the spool. Refer to Spool Replacement earlier
in this manual.
Pull line while pressing button. Refer to Advancing Line
and Advancing The Line Manually earlier in this manual.
Remove and replace the spool. Refer to Spool
Replacement earlier in this manual.
Cut tall grass from the top down to prevent wrapping.
To secure the battery pack, make sure the latches on
the battery pack are snapped into place.
Charge the battery pack according to the instructions
included with your model.
Make sure lower end is fully seated in the upper end
and screws are tightened securely.
