- Correctly set the folded FFC, located on the 2nd-floor chassis under the CD mech, as shown in fig. b.
Prevent the folded part of the FFC from coming into the chassis center hole for the SPDL motor.
The FFC is positioned properly so that the
stretched part passes over the hole.

Removing the Upper Case (not shown)
Remove the upper case.

Removing the CD Mechanism Module (Fig.1)
Remove the four screws.
Disconnect the connector and then remove the CD
Mechanism Module.
