Maintenance in case of long-term idle status
If the bidet seat will be idle for a long term or if the ambient temp may drop below
¨
the freezing point, please disconnect the power plug, turn off the angle valve, re-
move the water inlet hose and drain the water in it.
Befor resuming using after a long term, please wash it several times and make sure
¨
that the internal pipeline is clean.

Troubleshooting

This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. A Kohler Authorized Service Repre-
sentative or qualified electrician should correct any electrical problems. For warranty
service, contact your dealer or wholesale distributor.

General Functions

Recommended Action
A. Wait until the power is restored.
B. Insert the power cord into an
electrical outlet.
C. Reset the GFCI and locate the
problem.
D. You have to sit inside the seat
sensing area.
E. Allow the seat to cool to room
temperature.

A. Tighten the screws and nuts
