Cisco 7505 Router Slot Numbering
Cisco 7505 routers have four slots for port adapters, and one slot for a Route Switch Processor (RSP).
The slots are numbered from bottom to top. You can place the port adapters in any of the VIP interface
slots (slot 0 through 3). One slot is always reserved for the RSP.
