Press the POWER switch to turn the unit on.
Press the OPEN/CLOSE button (L).

To suspend playback temporarily (pause mode)
Press the TUNING MODE button (J) during play-
back.
Music will be interrupted on MP3 and CD discs.
To resume playback, press the y(Play).
Play will continue from where you paused the play-
back.
To stop playback of CD and MP3
Press the FM MODE button (H).
