TV Initial Set
Press the TV/FM button to enter the TV mode.
(When entered the TV mode, The Display panel displays
the current channel.)

Press the SETUP , then SET UP screen will appear.

Use the b b , 5 5 buttons to select the TV Setup and
press the t t or ENTER.

Use the b b , 5 5 buttons to select the "TV Initial Set "
and press the t t or ENTER.
ENTER
TV Initial Set menu will be displayed.

RF Out Sound System
1. Select RF Out Sound System menu by pressing the
b b , 5 5 buttons.
2. Press thet button repeatedly to select desired TV
sound system.
RF Out Sound System mode will be changes as fol-
low ;

RF Out Channel
Select the RF Out Channel menu in the TV Initial Set
menu screen.
Press the t button to enter a free channel between
21 and 68.
Note:
If the RF output from the DVD recorder causes inter-
ference to, or is inteferred by a local broadcast
channel, the RF output channel of the DVD recorder
should be changed.

RF Out Pattern
Select the RF Out Pattern menu in the TV Initial Set
menu screen.
To output the test picture to the TV via the COAX
aerial cable, press the t button to select the RF Out
Pattern ON
Note:
Tune the TV to the test picture using the channel pre-
set functions of your TV as described in its manual.
When you have found the test picture, store it under the
button number on your TV for video input. If the quality
of the test picture transmitted to the TV is poor due to
interference caused by a station transmitting on chan-
nel 38, you can tune the video to a different transmitting
channel. Find a free channel between 21 and 68 on the
TV.
