Using Built-in
Built-in Technician lets you select from a list of problem areas or type a specific
Technician description of your problem.
Built-in Technician uses the information you supply to determine what type of
diagnostics to run on your system. The more specific you are in supplying
information, the better the diagnostic results will be. To start the diagnostic process,
complete the following steps:

Click on the item that best describes your problem, or type a description of the
problem in the space provided.
Click the Diagnose Problem button.
NOTE:
You may be asked if you would like the Built-in Technician to search the Web
for a solution. If you are not connected to the Internet, simply click the
your keyboard or launch your Internet service from the icon on your desktop. Then
proceed to follow the instructions from your Built-in Technician.
